The Bylaw Compliance Officer ensures that the Bylaws that currently govern the Sunshine Coast Regional District are adhered to. If you have a complaint regarding a violation of a bylaw, please fill out the Complaint Form. Once received, the complaint will be addressed and we will contact you regarding any developments.

Please be advised that at this time the Sunshine Coast Regional District Bylaw Department is understaffed and as a result, there may be a significant delay in response to any bylaw complaints.
Bylaw complaints will only be accepted in writing using the Bylaw Complaint Form on this website.If your complaint or enquiry is related to a building issue, please contact the Building Inspections Services department at 604-885-6803 or email@example.com.
